Artwork Files For Your T Shirt & Insert Card:

Our T-shirts are printed in several different methods including spot colors and four color process. Ask your sales representative which method is best for your t-shirt. We prefer to use first generation, original artwork and art that has not been converted to exported formats such as JPEG, GIF or PDF.

Acceptable Native File Formats:

Adobe Illustrator (.ai) through version CS5, and Adobe Photoshop (.psd) through version CS5.

Acceptable Exported File Formats:

Encapsulated Postscript (EPS), Tagged Image File Format (TIF). Please Note: TIF files must be in CMYK mode. RGB files that are converted to CMYK may differ in color.

Artwork File Preparation Guidelines:

For T Shirts & Insert Cards:

Convert all fonts to outlines (or curves) for all vector file formats including EPS and Illustrator.

For T Shirts:

All spot color jobs are preferred in vector format. PMS colors must be specified for spot color jobs.
Art should be set up to size and to color separate accordingly. When possible, please include color separations.

All raster images must be saved at actual print size at a minimum of 150 dpi.

Maximum imprint area for front and back of shirt is 14 inches wide by 17 inches high.
Maximum imprint area for short sleeve is 3.5 inches wide by 2 inches high.
Maximum imprint area for long sleeve is 13 inches long x 4 inches wide.
Left chest images are usually no more than 4 inches wide.
